A board between us. A city around us.
Welcome to Durban Metro
Chess Academy.
Chess brings us to the park.
Community keeps us coming back.
We are Durban Metro Chess Academy, a Durban-based chess club with a love for the game and the people who play it. At Medwood Gardens, a simple chessboard becomes a meeting point for ideas, friendly competition and good company.
Come for the next move. Stay for the conversations, the shared lessons and the people on the other side of the board.
